As an Agriculture Banker, you are a member of PNC's Business Banking
organization. You will act as an Ag Banker and will have portfolio
responsibilities for large and complex ag lending relationships. The
emphasis will be on consultative sales, development of customer
relationships, and extraordinary customer service. Success will be
measured by the size and growth of the book of business, and the
quality and improvement of the book. You will provide liaison, training
and support for other PNC business banking partners and the PNC Ag
Banking group. The position will primarily support the efforts of BBOs,
and managers in the Indiana counties of Jasper, Pulaski, Fulton, Cass,
Miami, Howard and TIpton, to provide Ag Banking products to our customer
segment. Success will be measured by the performance of the ag book of
business in the defined geography, including loans, deposits, revenues,
and growth.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Successful record of sales and service excellence, with demonstrated
leadership in sales, negotiation, presentations, coaching and problem
solving
- Knowledge and experience in Agriculture Banking is preferred
- Previous experience as a business banker, commercial lender,
relationship manager, or business development officer is preferred
